You must have some straight length at both ends of your part. At times users will not allow for enough material for the CLR.

Example: If a bend is 90 degrees you must have at least the CLR to define that leg. Notice how the length boxes turn red when an error has occurred. To correct the error make sure your die is high enough to support the length you desire.
