Exhaust Designer (EXH)
The Bend-Tech Exhaust Designer (EXH) module provides a dedicated environment for designing and routing exhaust tubing around vehicle components. The interface allows critical components such as axles, mufflers, fuel tanks, and suspension components to be recreated in 3D, enabling accurate tube routing based on vehicle-specific dimensions. Multiple bent or straight parts can be created within the same design, with complete bend calculation output generated for each part.

Exhaust Designer Features
Vehicle-Based 3D Environment
Design exhaust tubing within a 3D environment that models vehicle components such as axles, mufflers, tanks, and suspension elements to ensure accurate routing.
Object Modeling with Parts Wizard
Create custom dimensioned 3D objects representing vehicle components and place them within the design space to guide proper exhaust tube placement.
Flat Layout with Marking Options
Produce printable flat layouts with selectable bend reference points, including start, center, or end of bend, along with rotation and angle data.
Bend Calculation Output
Generate cut lengths, bend locations, angles and rotations for each tube, for accurate and repeatable fabrication.
Bending Simulation
Simulate the bending sequence to visualize manufacturability and confirm bend order prior to running the part.
Post Bending Cutoff Control
Add cutoff allowances to tube ends prior to bending, with automatic adjustment of cut lengths and bend locations to maintain accuracy.

System Requirements
Bend-Tech software requires an active internet connection to activate the license on a computer, and then again every 6 months. SE software can run offline once activated. Don’t have internet connection? See Dongle Key option.
