CNC Plasma Tube and Pipe Cutting Systems
The Dragon A400 and Dragon A250 cover round, square, rectangle, angle, and channel material profiles – the Dragon A400 across all five, the Dragon A250 focuses on round tube and pipe. Both machines cut, mark, and engrave holes, miters, copes, and notches in one pass. Precision components sealed against shop environments keep output consistent through high-volume production. STEP files are imported directly from most third-party CAD programs, and every machine ships with Dragon CAD/CAM software for design and auto-nesting. Bend locations, fit-up marks, part IDs, and more can be marked directly on the part, streamlining post-cut processing and assembly.
Dragon A400
ROUND – SQUARE – RECTANGLE – ANGLE – CHANNEL
- Brings outsourced cutting in-house across round, square, rectangular, and angle/channel jobs, lowering per-parts costs on the full mix of profiles.
- One setup for cutting, marking, and engraving reduces error-prone manual processes.
- Mark part ID’s, bend locations, fit-up locations, and more.
- Increases production capacity for multi-profile materials without adding headcount.
Dragon A250
ROUND TUBE AND PIPE – UP TO 4″
- Right-sized investment for shops that don’t need square, rectangle, or angle/channel capacity today – no paying for capability that will be unused.
- Keeps round tube and pipe jobs moving through a dedicated line, freeing up other equipment for mixed-profile work.
- Simple setup means faster cycle times and less operator training than a multi-profile system.
- A natural upgrade path for shops currently outsourcing round-tube cutting and looking to bring it in-house without a large capital jump.

CNC Tube and Pipe Benders
The PB 2000 DC brings true 4-axis automation to rotary draw bending, with independently servo-driven pressure, forming, trolley, and chuck axes that hold consistent bend quality from the first part to the last. Built for demanding production environments with machined steel construction and precision components, new operators are up to speed in hours rather than days, cutting job changeover time by up to 80%. The optional CAD-to-bend workflow allows users to import STEP files and catch collisions in simulation before material ever touches the machine.

2″ SCHEDULE 40 CAPACITY – 4-AXIS AUTOMATION
- Import STEP files directly into BOSS, no manual reprogramming or file conversion needed before programming a job.*
- A full 3D bend simulation flags any tooling or part collisions ahead of time, so mistakes get caught on screen instead of the shop floor. *
- An intuitive workflow means new operators can run the machine confidently without lengthy training.
- Adjust length, rotation, angle, and springback directly on the touchscreen.
